A Sonoma County jury found former Windsor, California, mayor Dominic Foppoli liable for sexually assaulting seven women over nearly two decades, and reality TV star Farrah Abraham, who has her own civil case pending against him, says the verdict is only the beginning. The unanimous verdict landed after a seven-week civil trial. Jurors ordered the 44-year-old Democrat to pay roughly $13 million in compensatory damages to the seven plaintiffs, with individual awards ranging from $6,000 to more than $4.6 million.
