Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Federal Aviation Administrator Bryan Bedford will address reporters on Monday afternoon after a fatal crash involving a jet and a fire truck on a runway at LaGuardia International Airport in New York.  The aircraft was attempting to land when it struck the emergency vehicle, which was traveling across the runway to respond to an incident with another flight, officials said. Two pilots were killed and dozens of passengers were taken to hospitals for treatment.
