President Trump on Tuesday morning will sign a proclamation from the Oval Office. On Monday, the White House unveiled a new proclamation as part of Jewish American Heritage Month. "Throughout this historic year, we rejoice in the triumph of the American spirit and rededicate ourselves to the cause of liberty and justice for all," Trump wrote.
