The lawsuit involving former JPMorgan employee Chirayu Rana and JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini has taken another turn. Rana previously accused Hajdini of drugging him, threatening him, and forcing him into what he described in court filings as a "sex slave" relationship. Hajdini and JPMorgan have denied the allegations, and Hajdini has countersued, alleging claims including defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Now, Rana is seeking to withdraw his lawsuit from New York state court and refile it in federal court with a new legal team. But JPMorgan and Hajdini's attorneys are fighting back, accusing Rana of "forum shopping."
