Bystanders rushed to render aid, return fire and even distract the gunman from potential victims after he opened fire at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, newly released video shows. Surveillance footage released by local police shows one bystander who confronted the gunman in order to give potential victims a chance to flee as well as multiple off-duty law enforcement officers who tried to stop the shooter.
