In an elaborate scheme, federal prosecutors say 35-year-old Daejon Labrayae Love scammed women by pretending to be an NFL player for the 49ers. Love and his alleged co-conspirator, 18-year-old Taylor Jamie Chan, have been charged with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, according to investigators. Two men are facing federal conspiracy and wire fraud charges after allegedly engaging in a scheme where one of them posed as a wealthy NFL player for the San Francisco 49ers in order to bilk several women out of more than $1 million with fake investment opportunities.
