Dispatch audio obtained from Broadcastify.com on the day of Hayden Panettiere’s death reveals the moment authorities arrived on scene to an apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina. The Greenville County Coroner’s office has said that the cause and manner of Panettiere’s death remain pending under further investigation and the completion of additional studies. The coroner’s office also said that Panettiere was found unresponsive in a state of cardiac arrest. Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful.
