Lawmakers talked to reporters after former prison guard Tova Noel who was on duty when Jeffrey Epstein died in a New York City prison cell testified before the House Oversight Committee. Tova Noel told federal investigators in 2021 that she believes she was the last person to see the convicted sex offender alive before he killed himself. She has since been fired from her job. Democrats have repeated slammed the Trump administration for 'covering up' the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and wanting to put it to an end.
