Los Angeles County authorities said they're working to identify a young girl and a man whose bodies were mysteriously found in the same channel several miles apart.
A suspect in the slayings was found dead inside a vehicle on Sunday, authorities said.
The discovery comes after days of searching by an international team of rescue divers. A fifth body was recovered last week.
'Very early phase of the investigation'
The bodies were discovered in the city of Laredo, and it was not immediately clear what the cause of death was, the authorities said.
