Big Bend National Park in Texas will not receive the 30-foot steel border wall once planned for it. Instead, the remote national park along the Texas-Mexico border will get new border patrol roads, vehicle barriers and “detection technology” as the federal government moves ahead with a much bigger border buildout across West Texas.
