First lady Melania Trump will give remarks at the National Museum of American History in Washington on Friday, as her 2025 Inauguration gown makes its debut at the Smithsonian. The Hervé Pierre-designed white gown that featured a dramatic black stripe that Trump wore at the inauguration balls to celebrate President Trump’s return to the White House will be showcased in the museum’s First Ladies Gallery. The exhibit, according to the Smithsonian Institute, features 26 dresses — including those worn by former first ladies Frances Cleveland, Lou Hoover, Jacqueline Kennedy, Laura Bush, Michelle Obama and Jill Biden, “as well as more than 160 additional objects of historic significance.” The event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.…
