Paris was rushed to a hospital on Aug. 6, moments before the band was set to take the stage at Chase Center in San Francisco. He suffered hypertension and difficulty breathing, and after a brief period in which he regained consciousness, his blood pressure spiked again, prompting doctors to sedate him to stabilize his body.
