The top donor to the super PAC backing Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed holds leadership positions in two organizations the federal government linked to Hamas financing, and he happens to be El-Sayed's father-in-law. Tayeb Jukaku, a kidney doctor who immigrated from India, has poured $200,000 into the Fighting for Michigan PAC, which supports El-Sayed's Democratic primary bid.
