The apparel and e-commerce company, which is expanding its sports apparel business, is leasing 70,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in the Texas town.
The agency’s largest spaces had an occupancy rate of just 34% on average, the GAO found, and among those underutilized buildings are the Department of Transportation headquarters and the FAA headquarters in Washington, D.C.
