Georgina Bribiesca Chavez, 66, of Tijuana, Mexico, pulled up to the busiest land border crossing in the Western Hemisphere on Aug. 10 and told a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer she had nothing to declare. Ed Cassano, a father of two and lifelong wildlife enthusiast, was found dead lying in the road on August 7 after a vehicle allegedly driven by 57-year-old Ricky Finch struck him on a highway in rural Arizona, the New York Post reported .
