Thomas Robinson, a 23-year-old member of Penn State's Delta Upsilon fraternity known by the nickname "T-Rob," was arrested after a confidential informant told authorities he was selling large quantities of cocaine from the fraternity house in State College, Pennsylvania, and collecting payment through a Venmo account registered as "Tom-Robinson."
