In June, the Department of Defense disinterred the remains of an unidentified WWII soldier who had been buried in Sitka, Alaska for decades. Now, they'll try to confirm who he is.
A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk search and rescue helicopter crashed near Sitka, Alaska, with four people on board, the Coast Guard said.
The Coast Guard said no fatalities have been reported, and all crew members from Coast Guard Air Station Sitka have been transported to Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center.
'The cause of the incident is not yet known'
Search and rescue crews are responding to Sitka for a "reported crash involving a Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter," the USCG said.
