Protests have continued at the Delaney Hall ICE detention center in Newark, NJ. Footage gathered by two sources on Tuesday, May 26 showed moments of vocal protests, as well as pulling and pushing of activists by ICE officers as a vehicle turns out of a parking area and onto a street. One officer holds a baton at both ends as he presses an advancing and gesturing protestor back. Some 300 people detained in the facility are reportedly engaged in a hunger strike and work stoppage to protest living conditions. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin denies that a hunger strike among the detainees is taking place. #ICE #Immigration #Protests #NewJersey #DelaneyHall #Newark READ MORE: …
