A federal judge on Tuesday again blocked the U.S. Postal Service from enforcing an executive order on voting by mail, which directed the agency to only supply mail-in ballots to states that provided the federal government with lists of eligible voters. In June, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani ruled that Trump’s order did not apply in 20-plus Democratic led states — who were plaintiffs in that case. Her latest ruling, the conclusion of a separate lawsuit by the Massachusetts League of Women Voters, nullified the president’s directive nationwide.
