The Spanish exclave of Ceuta faces a security and humanitarian crisis following a mass influx of migrants , with authorities reporting a surge in sexual assaults and societal unrest. PULSE POINTS WHAT HAPPENED: Spanish prosecutors say 23 sexual assaults , including nine involving children , have been reported in Ceuta since tens of thousands of migrants crossed into the Spanish exclave from Morocco at the end of July.
