A mustang that escaped its owner's property in late June and roamed free near a Maryland reservoir for more than two months is finally in custody, and headed to a rescue farm in Mount Airy. Carroll County Animal Control officers, working alongside Gentle Giants Horse Rescue and professional horse expert JR Raulerson, corralled the animal on Thursday using a custom-built chute assembled from 59 fence panels, each measuring ten feet by ten feet.
