A man who was fleeing from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers was struck and killed by a vehicle in Florida on Tuesday. It is the third death involving ICE operations in recent days. An unidentified 28-year-old man was killed by a tractor-trailer as he was fleeing an encounter with federal law enforcement officers in St. Augustine, Florida.
