The Supreme Court has rejected President Trump’s attempt to restrict mail-in ballots for the November midterms. In a brief order issued Monday night, the majority did not explain its reasoning for leaving in place a lower court order blocking the administration’s plans. Instead, the majority wrote that the Trump administration was quote, "unlikely to succeed on the merits of its challenge" to the lower court order.
