The Supreme Court has rejected President Trump’s attempt to restrict mail-in ballots for the November midterms. In a brief order issued Monday night, the majority did not explain its reasoning for leaving in place a lower court order blocking the administration’s plans. Instead, the majority wrote that the Trump administration was quote, "unlikely to succeed on the merits of its challenge" to the lower court order. Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented. Joe has some choice words for the Justices as the panel breaks down the ruling and what it means with midterms around the corner.
