Kennedy Jr. debuted a new online cooking series Wednesday aimed at proving Americans can eat real food for less than the cost of a fast-food combo, a direct challenge to critics who called his dietary overhaul too expensive for working families. "The Real Food Show," which began streaming on the HHS website July 30, pairs Kennedy with celebrity chefs to build meals around the administration's new Dietary Guidelines for Americans. The first episode features chef Andrew Gruel walking viewers through a recipe for crispy salmon cakes with apple, white bean, and green salad.
