Portland police arrested four armed teenagers from Seattle after a days-long string of carjackings, armed robberies, and a gas station shooting that left a clerk fighting for his life, and recovered four illegally modified firearms. The spree stretched from July 14 through the early hours of July 17, rattling neighborhoods across Northeast Portland and ending only when a SWAT team raided a house and pulled four juveniles, ages 15, 16, and two 17-year-olds, out of hiding.
