Gallagher, 28, was convicted on all three counts Tuesday after prosecutors told the court they believed the reality television personality was overseas. The charges, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault, stem from an incident at an apartment complex outside Sydney on December 26, 2025, involving his former partner and co-star Gael Cameron.
