Life Time, the high-end fitness chain with ten locations across New York City, held an open instructor audition at its Financial District gym that looked less like a job fair and more like a reality-TV elimination round. Candidates lined up to mic up, pick a song, and lead a live workout in front of seven judge-instructors, with most getting stopped well before their two-minute time limit expired.
