A luxury gym chain packed 250 fitness professionals into its Wall Street location for a high-stakes audition where judges cut candidates in under a minute, and only a handful walked away with job offers. Life Time, the high-end fitness chain with ten locations across New York City, held an open instructor audition at its Financial District gym that looked less like a job fair and more like a reality-TV elimination round. Candidates lined up to mic up, pick a song, and lead a live workout in front of seven judge-instructors, with most getting stopped well before their two-minute time limit expired.
