Dolly Parton's longtime manager has filed a lawsuit and restraining order against her nephew after leaked text messages revealed threats to destroy the country icon's brand unless he was paid. Danny Nozell, who managed Parton for years, fired Bryan Seaver from his role as her head of security and moved quickly to court after a string of threatening messages sent before and after Parton's death on August 25. The complaint, filed in Davidson County Chancery Court in Nashville, names Seaver and his security firm, Squadron Augmented Protection Services LLP, and asks a judge to keep Seaver at least 1,000 feet from anyone connected to the entity now managing Parton's business affairs, a company called She's Alive LLC, created through her trust…Open
