GENEVA — A diplomatic council convened over the weekend to vote on a supplement to the Geneva Conventions officially declaring serving on a jury with shrill liberal women a form of torture.

But Trump made news with his comments about hope for a “reunified Ireland.” The U.K. prime minister says there hasn’t been enough public support for reunification to put a referendum on the ballot.
