Hannah Rapp, a 26-year-old undefeated boxer who had just competed for a world title, was struck and killed while cycling on a highway in Brazos County, Texas, after a driver allegedly passed her and a second cyclist, stopped, and deliberately reversed his vehicle into her, the New York Post reported . Charles Medina, 31, was arrested and charged with manslaughter. He is being held at the Brazos County Detention Center. Rapp died Saturday morning. She was a fire and life safety inspector at Texas A&M University, a former Purdue University track athlete, and a professional fighter whose 8-0-1 record had made her one of the sport's most promising young talents. Most of them did exactly that. Appearing on "The Joy Reid Show" ahead of Trump's Thursday speech from the East Room of the White House, Acosta declared that any network airing the address without real-time fact-checkers would be reckless.
