David Burke, the 20-year-old musician who performs under the stage name D4vd, pronounced "David", sat in court Friday as prosecutors laid out a trail of digital evidence, autopsy findings, and financial records in a preliminary hearing that will determine whether he stands trial for murder, sexual abuse of a child, and mutilation of a body.
