Footage shared online by first responders shows a huge blaze raging and plumes coming out of the front door of the pub in the northern part of the Thai capital.
Fifteen firefighting units are battling the blaze at the Viva Dominicus Beach resort in La Altagracia province, the Dominican Republic Foreign Ministry told ABC News.
The blaze broke out shortly before 1 p.m. local time and continued to "escalate and upgrade" to a fire-alarm fire, authorities said.
