The incident happened after a vat of white liquor imploded at the Nippon Dynawave Packaging facility in Longview, Washington, according to Longview Fire Department.
An unknown number of injuries were also reported at the Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company in Longview, Wash., the authorities said.
