A massive billboard tore loose and crushed a car on the outskirts of Mexico City, killing a 53-year-old teacher and therapist, and the cement truck driver maneuvering nearby now faces a manslaughter charge. CCTV footage captured the moment the billboard detached, tipped forward, and slammed onto a busy road near the Plaza Interlomas shopping center. María del Carmen Piña Arce was driving a white car directly beneath it. She did not survive. A red car traveling just ahead of hers escaped by seconds.
