Tropical Storm Dolly weakened into an open tropical wave, according to the National Hurricane Center’s latest advisory. Dolly remained a tropical storm in the Atlantic for approximately 24 hours before dissipating. FOX Weather’s Kiyana Lewis joined LiveNOW’s Anna Marsick to provide an update on Dolly.
