A pilot died Monday after a small, single-engine plane crashed near Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida, according to the fire department. Witnesses said the plane struck a power line before crashing onto a roadway and catching fire. Titusville firefighters extinguished the fire once they arrived at the scene. The sole occupant of the plane, the pilot, was pronounced dead. Officials said they have not been able to identify the pilot due to the nature of the crash.

The C.C.D.F. was built to help poor and working-class parents work. Under current rules it only counts care outside the home.
